Conceptualised and designed by MOE, MSF, ITE, and co-delivered by MSF and Trybe, the Career Advice and Mentoring Programme (CAMP) serves youth who have left ITE prematurely. The programme allows the youth to explore and understand their industry of choice through a mentorship journey with an industry mentor. Through the guidance of the mentor, youth will be better prepared and qualified for an enriching career when they join the workforce.

HOW MENTORSHIP CAN HELP THE YOUTH

A career mentor will help the youth discover their strengths and prepare themselves for the workforce. By connecting them to mentors from industries they are interested in, we are helping young people make more informed career decisions and have a clearer direction for their future.

CLIENT PROFILE
.

We serve youth aged 16 to 25, who have left ITE prematurely, and are able to commit to the programme for at least 6 months.

PROGRAMME GOAL
.

CAMP aims to expand the youth’s network of positive relationships, with the mentor serving as a positive and trusted adult they can turn to. It empowers the youth to achieve their aspirations and helps them explore their interests and career options.

STEP 3
