An advocate of innovation, change, and experiential approach to learning, Praise has been providing unwavering support and commitment to Trybe since 2001. Praise holds a Bachelor of Law from National University of Singapore and a Master’s Degree of Training and Development from Griffith University, Australia. With her background in law and 20 years of experience in the Learning and Development industry, Praise is highly regarded for her advice on the organisation’s growth and development. She is currently the Deputy Chief Executive at ROHEI, a learning and consultation organisation, and has consulted with government agencies and local and global companies to help build a culture of change and innovation.

MR DANIEL NG
Highly-Regarded Advisor
Director since 6 September 2007 / Appointed Treasurer on 18 Feb 2022
Daniel Ng, currently a Managing Director at BNP Paribas was a volunteer Life Coach in Trybe in 2005. In 2007, Daniel joined the Board and since then has been providing Trybe significant advice and guidance with regards to the Company’s fiscal matters. Daniel will continue to act as Trybe’s financial advisor and play a key role in providing direction for Trybe’s fundraising strategies and programmes.

MS INGRID HANSON
Advocate of Family and Community Work
Director since 12 July 2000
An advocate of the many helping hands approach, Ingrid has been an avid supporter of Trybe’s work and is passionate about strengthening family ties. Ingrid has been with the Board since 2000 and will continue to serve in the Board to forge collaborative relationships between Trybe and other agencies to develop a common agenda for action, leverage resources and tap into outside expertise.

DR ABISHEK MATHEW ABRAHAM
Mental Health Advocate
Director since 20 May 2023
Dr. Abishek Abraham, a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, earned his medical degree from the National University of Ireland. He trained in psychiatry across Singapore hospitals like IMH, SGH, KKWCH, and CGH. He holds postgraduate qualifications in psychiatry, including a Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) from NUS and Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK.
He specialises in mood and anxiety disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and psychotic disorders in adults, children, and adolescents. He was the Director of Psychiatry Inpatient Services at CGH, and was involved in teaching. He actively participated in the Singapore Psychiatric Association, held VP and Hon. Secretary roles, and received awards, including the Singapore Health Quality Silver Award in 2018. He is currently a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director at Better Life Psychological Medicine Clinic.
With Dr Abishek’s strong expertise in Psychiatry, Trybe can become even better equipped to come up with effective, evidence-based, and holistic strategies that address the unique mental health challenges faced by young individuals.

MDM JEAN YAP
Finance Professional & Leadership Coach

With a remarkable 25-year background in Banking & Finance, Jean is now an Executive & Leadership Coach, offering her invaluable insights to C-level executives and business owners. Her expertise enables her clients to navigate the path of successful and positive transformation. Similarly, Jean hopes to support the Trybe team in it strategic leadership and help work towards achieving the vision – "Every Youth a Success Story". She commits to contribute in financial performance, risk management, and fundraising efforts.
"I feel strongly about investing in the development, education, empowerment, and well-being of youth – especially from more disadvantaged backgrounds. This will eventually help us build a more integrated, cohesive, and stronger society."

MRS JASMINE CHIN-SABADO
Leader in Public Service and Governance
Director since 20 May 2023
Jasmine was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2005. She is highly esteemed in the field of public service and is an experienced litigator and prosecutor. In her current role, Jasmine shapes policies and drives legal reforms. Jasmine's insights are highly valuable in supporting Trybe’s legal compliance, effective governance, risk management, and ethical decision-making as it fulfils its vision and mission.
Jasmine is a youth befriender and her commitment to advocating for youth facing adversities is unwavering. Her history of volunteering with Trybe dates almost 20 years.

MRS JAIME LEE
Champion for Youth Empowerment
Director since 20 May 2023
Jaime is currently a Deputy Director at the National Youth Council (NYC), overseeing a few teams in Youth Corps Singapore. She establishes strategic partnerships with government and community groups, builds partners' capability to design and sustain community initiatives to encourage youth volunteerism. She also oversees Youth Corps' effort to develop their volunteers and leaders.
Jaime has been an integral part of Trybe since its inception, witnessing first-hand the transformative effects of encouragement and support within the Trybe community – effects that encompass healing, courage, hope, and purpose. She aspires to contribute to the Trybe team's efforts in devising initiatives tailored to the youth, channeling the healing potential of the community to positively impact young lives.
"Ultimately, the responsibility of leading our country will be in the hands of our youth. How ready and capable they are will shape our future. To me, serving the youth is an investment in my future and the future of my children... it is such an important mission!"
